We offer a tailored system recovery solution to get your computer back to a working state after a critical failure. From retrieving important data, to replacing hardware or restoring the operating system. We can also analyse the overall health of your computer to spot any potential for a system failure in the short term.

All storage media fails eventually, and the best way to protect your data is to back-up regularly. However, in the event of unexpected data loss, we may be able to recovery it for you. We use industry standard data recovery software to scan your digital storage media, including HDD's, SSD's, USB thumb drives, memory cards and so on.

Our onsite support rate is just $75 p/h. There are no additional callout or travel fees (within Singleton), just a minimum of 1 hour charge per visit. Typically, most onsite visits are less than an hour and a half in duration, but we'll let you know in advance if it's going to take any longer.

We offer affordable fixed-rate fees for workshop repairs, for things such as replacing hard drives and other technical repairs that can't be carried out onsite. We also provide a free pickup and return service within Singleton.

We accept payments by cash, debit card, Visa and Mastercard. We also offer 7-day invoicing for our small business clients.
