Onsite support is charged at $110 per hour with a minimum 1 hour charge per visit. Remote support carries the same hourly rate with a minimum 30 minute charge per session. Travel charges may apply to onsite support outside the Singleton CBD.
Payment is accepted via cash, debit card, visa or mastercard. Pay-on-invoice is also available for approved clients.
